Content-Driven.

We all know that if you want a little love from the search engines, content is king.  (Of course, the goal should be getting the love — and the loot — from your prospects, but that’s a different discussion.)  Many companies struggle to come up with new content.  But there’s a good chance you already have a steady source of content, very close to home.  Your customer service people get questions or hear about dilemmas every day.  And if one customer or client is asking about it, a lot more are thinking about it.  Use those responses to draft short tips or FAQs for your website, blog and social media posts and so on.
