ELO Revisited.

Recently, Jeff Lynne released an album which consisted entirely of new versions of hits he’d written for his old band, Electric Light Orchestra.  Even though the originals were hugely popular, Lynne felt, after decades in the business, that he could do them better now.  This poses a huge question for your business.  Can you see that much progress in what you do?  Are you continuing to improve year by year, so that you look at your old work and wish you could take another run at it?  If not, you’re either perfect or stuck.  And nobody’s perfect.  If you were starting from scratch today, what would you do differently?  Can you do that now?
