Indispensable vs. Interchangeable.

It’s no secret that brand loyalty isn’t what it used to be, especially among younger consumers.  So a big part of your marketing strategy should focus on how you’re making your services or products indispensable.  Are you offering a different delivery system, or better options?  If you’re not giving your customers something they can only get from you, then there’s nothing keeping them with you.  And here’s the bonus: adding features or new options can provide a way to bring in additional income from existing customers.  It starts with spending time on idea generation.  How often do you do that?  How soon can you start?
