One-A-Day.

If you want a daily look at how your brand is performing, call one customer every day.  Budget no more than five minutes.  Introduce yourself (if you don’t know one another).  Ask how they are doing.  Ask if that customer is happy.  Ask what one thing you could offer or do to make them happier.  Ask if they would recommend you to a friend or family member.  Then say thanks.  That takes three minutes.  Use the other two to write a quick thank you.  Track the responses and share them with your team.  From early warnings of front line challenges to ideas for innovation, you may be surprised by what you learn.
