One Locked Door.

It’s happened to everyone.  You walk into or out of a business with double doors, only to find that one of the two doors is locked, forcing you to use the other.  Why is that other door locked?  It has nothing to do with you, the customer.  For one reason or another, it’s easier or more convenient for the business to make everyone use one single door.  So they do.  Think about your own company.  Are you making your customers do things your way, even if it’s less convenient for them?  How can you change a process to make it easier for customers, even if it’s a little more work for you?
