One Thing.

Do you have your customers’ email addresses?  If not, go get them.  We’ll wait.  Okay.  Now, make a list of things your customers need to know or do to make their lives better or their businesses better — things related in some way to what you do.  Then, every week or so, send an email with one of these helpful tips.  Just one.  Be brief, clear and complete.  Don’t sell.  Just help.  Now take that same information, add it as a blog post to your website and post it across all your social media.  Maybe make a 30-second video.  Your “one thing” messages will make customers more loyal and your brand stickier — and help you sell more while you’re at it.
